(XX) stands for the ISO 3166 two-letter country code of the signatory using the DCN for their flight, with the exception of EL being used for Greece.

Option

The Netherlands selected option 1.

Additional Regulations / Instructions

Excluded Aerodromes

 All landings at civil airports in the Netherlands has to be notified for the use of the annual EDA clearance at least 2 working days before the ETD.
Note: for all landings at Rotterdam airport (EHRD) the noise certificate of the specific AC is required by the airport authorities at EHRD.

Air-to-Air Refueling Flights (AAR)

AAR missions in transit phase with no AAR action in progress and/or no joined fighter aircraft present are considered ‘Transportation Missions’ of ‘Military Transport Aircraft’ acc. to Section 3 of the DIC TA and thus subject to the implementation of its provisions (annual DCN published on DIC portal, and/or harmonized request procedure).

Transport Helicopter Flights

Transport helicopter missions are considered ‘Transportation Missions’ of ‘Military Transport Aircraft’ acc. to section 3 of the DIC TA and thus subject to the implementation of its provisions (annual DCN published on DIC portal, and/or harmonized request procedure).

The DIC TA DCN is not applicable for flights with combat helicopters.

IATA-non-compliant Dangerous Goods

All transports of ICAO/IATA non-compliant dangerous goods require a minimum of 10 working days for processing. Applications which do not adhere to this term of timely approval cannot be guaranteed.

Send EUDIC-request with complete dangerous goods list 10 working days before ETD.
